The Google Chromecast stick is undoubtedly a huge competitor to Roku and Amazon.
It brought a lot of excitement among the masses, as people were looking forward to the classy and dedicated features of Google.
And so just like the other Streaming Sticks, you need to plug in the Google Chromecast to your TV.
And then you can stream movies and TV shows of your choice via your computer or mobile.
Sounds easy, right?
However, the only catch over here is that the Google Chromecast supports only a limited number of live TV services.
So if you have an account on YouTube TV or Hulu of FuboTV, then you can easily stream live TV on Google Chromecast.

So if you use one of these apps then here are a few ways to project them to the big screen.
So the first and the standard way to stream live TV is by casting it.
Step 1 – Connect your TV, Chromecast device and Android phone to the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 2 – Now open the app that is supported by Chromecast say YouTube TV.
Step 3 – Start playing the show or series of your choice. You will see the Chromecast icon at the top right corner. Click on it.
Step 4 – Choose your TV model on which you want to cast.
And that’s it. You can enjoy live TV on the big screen.
There are various brands and companies that host their content live on their website. Or you want to catch up with some news or function happening live. In such a case, you can cast live videos from the website directly on your TV.
Step 1 – To cast from your laptop, go to Google Chrome browser.
Step 2 – Now open the Chrome Web Store. And add the Cast Extension to your browser.
Step 3 – Next go to the website that is hosting live content.
Step 4 – As you will play it, you will see the Cast option at the corner. Click on it.
