Since Chromecast is widely used, only one Chromecast device can be controlled by one computer. It is noted that there is a way (on most computers) that can be done by adding multiple Chrome users.
Every user can control a Chromecast on a computer. Remember that all televisions need to be within the range of the computer (or another device) you are broadcasting to. To do this, follow the instructions below.
Step 1: First of all, install and run the Google Cast extension.
Step 2: Now, install and run the Google Cast (beta) extension.
Step 3: After installing both extensions, two cast buttons will appear in the top right corner of your chrome browser.
Step 4: Open the webpage you want to stream and select the TV you want to stream.
Step 5: To stream to a second TV, open a new window in Chrome, then go to the webpage you want to stream, and click another cast button (not the blue button). You can then select another TV to stream.
Step 1: In the upper right-hand corner of the browser window, click the field with the account you signed in to Chrome and hit the option Switch Users.
Step 2: In the pop-up window, click Add users or persons.
Step 3: You will be prompted to sign in to another Google Account. Create another Google Account if you do not have another Google email address to use.
Step 4: Now a second Chrome window will appear with the name of your other Google account in the upper right corner.
Step 5: Install the Google Cast extension in a new window with the second Google account.
Step 6: Install the Google Cast extension (beta) in a new window with the same second Google Account.
Step 7: You can also cast 4 TVs with 2 cast buttons in the first Chrome window and 2 cast buttons will present in the second Chrome window.
Step 1: Providing the number of Chromecasts you are using, you will need to specify a username for each user in your Chrome browser. To do this, simply click on the Customize and Control button aka three dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser.
Step 2: Go to the option Settings. Another window will pop up and you will see a space at the bottom where you can add users. Suppose you want 4 Chromecasts simultaneously, you just need to add 4 users and give names accordingly like User 1, User 2, User 3, and User 4.
Step 3: Then connect the Chromecast to multiple devices. Then open another Chrome window instead of a tab to download as many Chromecasts as you want. Open a separate window for each Chromecast. If you’re not sure what to do, right-click the Chrome browser icon on your Windows desktop and select New Window.
Step 4: Now switch the users according to their name. In this case, switch User 1, then User 2, and so on.
Step 5: Then go to all windows and start the channel you want to cast on Chromecast. This must be done in all browser windows.
Step 6: Then go to each window, click the Chromecast tab in the top right of your browser, and choose a different Chromecast for each window. You can now stream Chromecast to multiple devices using your PC.
This method is best for displaying Google or Site ads across multiple screens without using multiple computers. The only con is that the canvases of the three windows are different. So if you want to keep them in sync, this may not work smoothly.
