However, the first thing that you should do is to wait. As per the Amazon Fire TV, you need to keep the device on for about 25-30 minutes, to wait for the booting process to complete.

To get past the main screen, you can try switching the HDMI port of your TV or monitor. This will help you understand if the HDMI port is at fault or not.

If you are using your mobile phone as a remote control, then you can go to the Settings to restart it. However, this method will work when you can get to the Settings of your device.

Step 1 – Go to the Settings of your FireStick device. Then select the device.
